Return & Exchange Window
- You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Return & Exchange Process

or exchange.
2. Prepare Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
3. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Customers are responsible for
return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange
within 7 business days.
Refund Details
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
